What does an emergency call actually cost?
The dispatch fee covers getting a technician to your door and a written estimate before any work begins — and it's credited toward the job if you approve the work. What's on the estimate is what you pay.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured, and we'll email a current Certificate of Insurance to your property manager or co-op board on request, before the truck arrives.
Do you handle insurance claims for floods?
Every flood and water-damage job closes with a photo log, moisture readings, and an itemized estimate formatted for insurance carriers — so your adjuster has what they need on day one.
Weekends and holidays — same response?
Yes. The line is answered live 24/7/365 — Christmas Eve, Super Bowl Sunday, 4am on a Tuesday. Emergency dispatch works exactly the same way.
Do you work on co-op buildings and rentals?
Yes. We carry the Certificate of Insurance and documentation that co-op boards and property managers require, and the written estimate is formatted so a board or PM can act on it directly.
