When you contact us through this website, email, or phone, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the nature of your plumbing inquiry. For commercial accounts, we additionally collect business name, billing address, and insurance/COI requirements.
We use your information solely to: respond to your inquiry, dispatch service to your address, prepare estimates and invoices, file documentation with insurance carriers and the NYC Department of Buildings when applicable, and contact you for service follow-up. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share it with marketing partners, lead-generation services, or aggregators.
Customer records are stored in secured systems. Phone and email communications are stored for the duration of the customer relationship plus seven years for tax and insurance documentation purposes, after which they are archived or deleted per applicable law.
